General Terms & Conditions of Service

Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases and enrollments for services, programs, workshops, retreats, and coaching ("Programs") from ASK Aware Living ("the Organizer"). By completing a purchase or enrolling in a Program, you ("Client" or "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Fees and Taxation All fees, program charges, and stated prices ("Fees") are quoted exclusive of all applicable taxes. A Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 18%, or the prevailing rate as mandated by law, will be added to the final invoice and is payable in full by the Client.

 

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy All payments made are final. All Fees paid for any Program are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable for any reason. The Organizer does not provide refunds for any partial or non-attendance.

 

3. Enrollment Transfer Policy In rare and exceptional circumstances, the Organizer may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider a one-time request to transfer a Participant's paid enrollment to a future batch of the same Program. This is not a right of the Participant and is not guaranteed. Any such transfer is expressly subject to seat availability, the Organizer's operational schedule, and may be subject to an administrative fee.

 

4. Promotional & Offer-Specific Terms Promotional offers are time-sensitive, subject to availability, and cannot be combined.

 

  • a. Special & Launch Offers: All promotional pricing (such as "Special Offers" or "Launch Offers") is strictly limited to the terms, validity dates, and specific programs as advertised.

  • b. Early Bird Discounts: Where offered, "Early Bird" pricing is subject to strict limitations, which will be specified at the time of booking. These limitations may include, but are not limited to, a specific number of available seats (e.g., "first 7 enrollments") and/or a fixed expiration date (e.g., "3 weeks prior to program commencement").

  • c. Promotional Seat Availability: All promotional seats, including Early Bird, are subject to availability. In the event a promotional seat is not available at the time of booking, the Participant will be required to pay the balance of the applicable fee (as specified in the offer) to confirm their seat for the same date or may request to be moved to a future batch with promotional availability.

5. Data Sharing and Privacy By proceeding with this transaction, you acknowledge and agree that the information you provide (including personal and payment data) will be shared with ASK Aware Living and its third-party payment processor (e.g., Razorpay) for the sole purpose of processing your enrollment and payment, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
